Our Vision: Cultivating Communities through Counseling & Consulting

OUR SUCCESS EQUATION: Real People +Real Connections= Real Change

Started in February 2017, 323 Counseling & Consulting Services, PLLC. (formerly known as Heartwork Trending) provides counseling, self care coaching & mental health services to youth & young adults, families, and professional organizations in the local Houston area to educate and equip clients to grow into their full potential to in turn, build stronger communities.

We teach people how to do life for a living.

323 Counseling & Consulting Services, PLLC. values are based on authentically doing the work from our hearts, not for popularity, or reward, but to make the world a better place. ( see Col. 3:23). We think that’s a pretty good thing to keep trending, don’t you? Additionally, the number “323” means alignment & purpose & if you add 3,2,3, it equals the number 8, which means “new beginnings”. That’s what we are all about.

323 provides spaces for conversations within our schools, families, and communities to learn therapeutic techniques & intervention strategies. We pride ourselves on working diligently to change the mental health stigma, specifically among minorities, and underserved communities. Opportunities to share experiences, receive resources, and low cost counseling gives tools for growth.

A major component of the 323 mission is to treat mental and emotional health concerns as preventative care, similar to required medical & dental care checkups. With suicide ranking among the leading causes of death, mental health awareness & daily self care is imperative.
