Relax, Write & Release Journaling Course


Welcome to Heartwork Trending Counseling & Consulting, PLLC.'s Relax, Write & Release Journaling Group.

This is an introductory course, and we will begin with Part 1. More details will be sent out as we get closer. 

By joining this group, you will:

- learn the different purposes of journaling

-explore how journaling practices can reduce anxiety, depression, and stress

-participate in activities that allow you to creatively express emotions

-connect with others and share your journaling experiences (it's not required, though.) 

Once enrollment is paid, a class link will be sent to you. 

Recommended materials (not required): Pens, markers, post-its, your favorite journal or download The Heartwork Journal at https://www.heartworktrending.net/shop/the-heartwork-journal-digital-download

Rather you are an avid writer or just want a free space  "write" (Ok.. right)  now as your own personal outlet, I would love to help you find your voice.
